Pros
- Lots of caster enemies, which don't do very much damage with their wanding.
- Necromancers won't use Spiteful Spirit on you as long as you don't auto attack them or hold a martial weapon.
- Small variety of foes.
Cons
- Tainted flesh prevents disease.
- Enemies dish out a lot of health degeneration.
