Presearing

Take Message from a Friend from Town Crier and turn it in to Sir Tydus.
Take War Preparations from Sir Tydus and go outside and turn it in to Ciglo the Monk.
Take Monk Test from Ciglo the Monk.

Do the following quests for skills:

Farm for crafting materials needed in post searing:

  • Restless Corpses in The Catacombs for 2x Piles of Glittering Dust

Do the following quest for an item:

You should be at minimum level 2.5 after doing the above quests. Leave pre-searing ascalon.

Ascalon City

Do the following quests for skills:

  • Take the quest Defend the Wall from Warmaster Tydus

The Great Northern Wall

  • Complete the mission: The Great Northern Wall
    • Note: I recommend being level 6 before doing this mission.
    • I recommend doing the bonus as well since it's a quick 1,000 XP

Fort Ranik

  • Complete the mission: Fort Ranik
    • Note: I recommend being level 8 before doing this mission.
    • If you're not level 8 yet, consider doing some of these quick quests:
      • Recruits for Hollis from Warmaster Tydus
      • Rastin's Ritual from Witness Rastin
      • Or start the mission and kill the first few charr
    • Be on the look out for the following items that salvage into Bolts Of Cloth:
      • Mind Spark Grub
      • Shaman Grub
      • Flame Wielder Trappings
      • Ash Fiend Trappings
Build: Fort Ranik Level 8 Mo/Me

Frontier Gate

  • Craft the remaining 30 AL armor from Corwen in Ascalon City before moving on.
    • Requires 14 Bolts of Cloth and 300gp
  • Return to Frontier Gate.
  • Waypoint back to Frontier Gate, leave through the Eastern Frontier exit, and head towards Serenity Temple.
    • As you approach the entrance to Pockmark Flats, take the quest https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Caravan_in_Trouble from Cynn.
      • Repeat this quest by rezoning until you collect at least 2 stormy eyes and salvage them into Piles of Glittering Dust for headpiece armor.
        • Accept reward once complete.
    • Continue on to Serenity Temple.

Serenity Temple

Do the following quests for skills:

Ruins of Surmia

  • Craft headpiece armor if you haven't yet done so. (Recommend +1 Healing Prayers)
  • Complete the mission: Ruins of Surmia
    • Note: I recommend being level 10 before doing this mission.

Yak's Bend

Do the following quests for skills:

Take the following quests while in North Kryta Province:

  • Run to Beetletum.
  • Run to Bergen Hot Springs
  • Craft 39 AL armor before moving on.
    • 24 Piles of Glittering Dust and 500gp in B.H.Springs, or
    • 21 Bolts of Cloth and 400 gp in Beetletun with a headpiece that cost 3 Piles of Glittering Dust and 100gp.

The Amnoon Oasis

  • Complete the quest https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Sands_Of_Souls
  • Make your way to Augury Rock
  • Keep all collectibles since they can be traded for max armor from collectors in the desert:
    • Bleached Carapace
    • Jade Mandible
    • Minotaur Horn

Augury Rock (outpost)

Do the following quests for skills:

  • Trade for AR 60 collector armor as it becomes available from drops.
    • Alternatively, you can farm for them intentionally for a higher armor rating.
    • Keep in mind that this collector armor can't use Insignias, so start saving runes.

Elona Reach

  • Enter the mission and kill enough minotaur to turn in Ghostly Vengence and collect 5x Minotaur Horns
    • Turn in quest. Go outside Augury Rock's western exit and get 60 AR Gloves.
  • Complete the mission: Elona Reach
Build: Elona Reach Level 20 Mo/Me
  • Re-enter the mission and capture the elite Word of Healing.

Dunes of Despair

  • Enter the mission and kill enough Losaru to collect 5x Losaru Manes
    • Go outside the Thirsty River outpost to get 60 AR Leggings.
  • Complete the mission: Dunes of Despair

Droknar's Forge

Take the following quest for 15 attribute points:

  • Take this quest to replace the Ice Imps outside of Ice Caves of Sorrow with Stone Summit Gnashers: https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Seeking_The_Seer
    • Consider not turning in this quest so you can farm runes from the Stone Summit Gnashers groups outside the Ice Caves of Sorrow outpost.
  • Craft new armor which can have insignias applied. I've recommend crafting an Attunement/Radiant set.
  • Walk to Ice Caves of Sorrow.

Ice Caves of Sorrow

Build: Ice Caves of Sorrow Level 20 Mo/Me

Iron Mines of Moladune

  • Before completing the mission, death teleport to Copperhammer Mines and do the 15 attribute quest.
  • Be sure to have the full set of armor you want infused with you, as this mission is the first location you can get your armor Infused at.
  • Complete the mission Iron Mines of Moladune

Thunderhead Keep

  • Capture Spellbreaker from outside Camp Rankor or Word of Healing from the Crystal Desert. Either can be used in this mission.
  • Complete the mission Thunderhead Keep

Ember Light Camp

Ring of Fire

  • Acquire the following items for the upcoming missions:
    • Go to Elona Reach and farm 5x Minotaur Horns for a q9 Domination Magic Cane from the collector outside the outpost. Customize it.
    • Go to Vulture's Drift and acquire a 15e/-1 Inspiration Magic offhand from Kraviec.
    • Go to Scoundrel's Rise and acquire a 15e/-1 Domination Magic cane from Camryn. (this was mentioned earlier in the guide)
    • Equip 5x Radiant Insignias & 4x Attunement Runes (& 1x Minor/Major/Superior Vigor; otherwise another Attunement Rune).
    • Acquire a max damage domination weapon with 15 energy. A staff with +10 energy can be acquired from John or Karl. You'll have to find a +5 energy staff head to equip on it. Customize it.
  • Complete the mission Ring of Fire.
