A fresh account was used for my solo playthrough.
I did Zaishen title on another character with funds from another account as it is unobtainable as a solo player. No item / gold acquired by the Zaishen Chest was used on the solo character. Progress from identifying items went towards Wisdom title.
Saviour of the Kurzick will be achieved through solo gameplay (Dragon Moss / Warden Farm).
Saviour of the Luxon will be achieved through another character via MQSCs.
