Melandru S Accord

It affects solo gameplay in three specific ways: 1) Material/Rune/Dye trader can't be interacted with, 2) Skills can only be acquired at their intended skill trainers/quests, as if it were a brand new account, and 3) Xunlai Storage is unavailable.
