This mission is rather straight forward and can be handled with Empathy, Wastrel's Demise, 25%+ IMS and a heal.
Follow the direct route to the camp avoiding all foes on the way. When you enter the camp there are a few groups of Charr to clear, either consisting of Necros, Warriors, Ranger or Elementalists, most of which can be kited / leash range cleared.
There are two bosses to clear, the Warrior can be handled at leash range with Wastrel's Demise, be careful that it is not walking into the Charr Prophets aggro bubble when the aggro rips so it does not get healed.
Once the Warrior is taken care off you can pull the Necro to a spot where you are able to abuse the Line of Sight spot with the tents placed at the hill, Empathy him, let him cast his three hexes and Wastrel's Demise away.
He will only recast his hexes once they ran out.
