This mission can be done with PvE-Skills on Any / Monk.

Reroll the mission until the two foes accompanying The Great Destroyer are both warriors (Destroyer of Bones, Flesh, Sinew).

The Run:
Assuming you rerolled into a suitable instance, cast Essence Bond and Balthazar's Spirit on yourself. Run through to the boss and it's two adds with Protective Spirit and Spirit Bond up, Shield of Absorption can be used to reduce excess damage.
Once a safe foundation has been established make sure to always maintain Protective Spirit and Spirit Bond and cast Pain Inverter on the boss whenever it is ready. Make sure to interrupt the bosses Lava Wave with YMLAD every 25 seconds.
Professions with higher base armor than 60 have to do the fight with armor pieces off in NM, Warrior / Paragon have to do it without armor equiped.
